Technical Specifications
Our development project in Opatov na Moravě will be built according to the latest trends and technologies as Passive Housing in energy class A.
Passive Wooden Construction
The basic construction element is CLT panels, the supporting system of which is solid wood. These panels, which significantly speed up construction, meet even the most demanding ecological criteria, are energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and create a healthy climate inside the homes.
Window Systems
Windows, especially on the south side, are made of aluminum profiles because they better withstand temperature fluctuations in this location. Attic windows are wooden, where we relied on proven quality from the Velux company. Interior door fillings are implemented with Sapeli doors and casing door frames.
Heating
Ventilation, heating, cooling, and hot water preparation form a separate chapter. The top-of-the-line heat recovery unit from Pichler, namely the PKOM4 boiler, ensures maximum comfort in this regard. Its advantages include not only convenient, remote, programmable control via a mobile application, but also the small footprint of 0.75 m² required for placement and noiseless operation. The unit is located in the bicycle storage/utility room, which is a separated part of each apartment.
Flooring
The floors are in a wood decor. All sanitaryware, wall and floor tiles in the apartments were provided by the Ptáček company, which implemented them according to the latest trends.
Roof
The gable roof is fitted with matt, glazed, satin-look concrete roof tiles, resistant to weather whims and dirt.
Terrace
ou can enjoy privacy on the covered terrace, separated by gabion walls, with a view of the resort’s dominant feature, which is the 200 m² natural swimming pond (biotope).
